Description:

Dulaglutide는 glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist(GLP-1 agonist)로, GLP-1(7-37) 유사체가 인간 IgG4의 Fc fragment와 공유 결합된 구조로 이루어져 있습니다. 이는 GLP-1과 유사하게 작용하여 음식 섭취 후 췌장에서 분비되는 인슐린의 양을 증가시키며, 제2형 당뇨병(Type 2 diabetes mellitus) 치료에서 혈당을 낮추는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.

ELISA kit S-1551는 Dulaglutide를 carrier protein에 결합시켜 토끼(Rabbit)에 면역화한 혈청을 사용하여 개발되었습니다.
